Actually the room was well-kept and spotlessly clean with the shower. The staff was HELPFUL, amicable, nothing too much trouble. The hotel was in an unbeatable location right by attractions and sightseeing, city centre and sightseeing.

It was in a magnificent location with very kind and kind staff. Edinburgh airport was hardly 20 minutes away by car.

We had a fantastic stay at Ivy Braveheart. The location was ideal for exploring central Edinburgh, and the easy check-in made our arrival stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfy, and we appreciated the extra heater in the room that kept us warm during our stay. The shower was also easy to operate, adding to the overall convenience of our experience.
